If you have lost your bearings or simply would like a little reassurance, OS Locate is the ideal companion for all enthusiasts of the great outdoors.

          • Moodle Mobile

            Take your learning anywhere

            This site is primarily designed to be used with WiFi and an internet browser. It has a responsive design, which means it adapts to all screen sizes from smartphones to desktops. 

            There may be situations where WiFi isn't available or the speed is too slow to stream videos. To solve this, you can use the Moodle Mobile App and download the whole course to a tablet or smartphone. This allows you to view all the content offline and study wherever suits you best.

            The Moodle Mobile app is available for free from Google Play, Apple Store, and the Windows Phone Store.

            Use "geographyclass.uk" as the Site Address/Site URL and your Username and Password.

            There are some features that aren't available on the mobile app yet. However, these features can still be accessed from a mobile device using a browser.

                Disaster Alert (by Pacific Disaster Center), Active Hazards on an interactive map and in a list as they are occurring around the globe. 

                The term "Active Hazards" refers to a collection of current and real-time incidents (compiled from authoritative sources) which have been designated "potentially hazardous to people, property, or assets". These are: Hurricane/Tropical Cyclone, Earthquake, Flood, Manmade, Marine, Storm, Tsunami, Volcano, Wildfire.
